Successful Trial-Run of the ACE1000 System, Jointly Creating a New Quiet Operation Experience for Villa Elevators with Customer T

Customer T is a professional designer and manufacturer of high-quality villa elevators. Its philosophy—"Adopting advanced drive and control technologies as well as a concise and lightweight design to provide customers with higher reliability, superior quality, and larger usable space"—is perfectly aligned with the ANCHI Compact & Easy (ACE) concept of our company's ACE1000 new energy control system. Customer T has deeply rooted itself in the domestic dedicated villa elevator market for many years, so strategic cooperation with customer T would bring a qualitative leap to the promotion of our products. Thanks to the efforts of our marketing team, we acquired the trial-run opportunity for the ACE1000 system in October.

Prior to the construction, the project team conducted further communication with the customer to ensure seamless alignment of the electrical solutions. On October 28, SynMatic service engineers arrived at the site early. After a full day of intensive work including disassembly, rewiring, and installation, the system replacement was successfully accomplished on the same day. Following on-site parameter commissioning, the elevator delivered excellent performance when operating with the default factory parameters. It achieved completely silent operation without any electromagnetic noise from the main unit, truly realizing ultra-quiet running.

The ultra-quiet operation of the ACE1000 system has broken the noise limit that traditional elevators could never surpass, winning high praise from the on-site customer representatives, who commented, "It feels just like riding in a new energy vehicle". They immediately decided to retrofit a three-door elevator at their exhibition hall with our ACE1000 system, making it a major highlight for visitor demonstrations. During the on-site discussion with the customer, their Chief Technology Officer expressed delight that the innovative philosophies of the two companies were in constant alignment.
