Customer's requirements for returned machines for repair

When returning a product for repair, attach a list of detailed information about the returned product in the packaging box.

The list should include the machine model, serial number, fault description, on-site contact, returned by (name), whether FA analysis is required, channel, end user's receiving address, end user, and contact information.

Contact the regional sales staff or agent as soon as possible to arrange the repair.
