Precautions
1. To ensure the timeliness of product repair, accurately fill in all information of the product returned for repair. Any errors will affect the repair progress.
2. After recording the information of the product returned for repair in the list, place the list inside the packaging box and send it to SynMatic's Service Management Department together with the product.
3. Select a courier or logistics company that can deliver goods to SynMatic's Service Management Department. Choose prepaid shipping rather than collect-on-delivery to avoid affecting the repair progress.
4. After mailing the product returned for repair, keep track of the transportation progress in a timely manner. If you have any questions, contact SynMatic's Service Management Department.
5. Programs or parameters may be cleared during product repair. Back up the programs or parameters before sending the product (or inform SynMatic's After-Sales Repair Department) to avoid unnecessary losses.
