The AST200 series is an integrated twisting machine controller meticulously developed by SynMatic. It integrates asynchronous motor drive and timing belt transmission technologies to ensure that the stranding bow, take-up unit, magnetic powder clutch, and the main motor operate at a fixed speed ratio. The PLC intelligently regulates the magnetic powder clutch to achieve a constant take-up tension. The integrated main controller incorporates an AC drive, external power supply, tension magnetic powder controller, and switching power control brake, enabling simple and efficient operations. This product is specially equipped with an automatic traversing system and a take-up and drawing mechanism driven by the servo motor, which simplifies the adjustment process of lay pitch and traversing width. The AST200 series helps the twisting machine industry step into a new era of intelligence and high efficiency with its outstanding control precision and high productivity.
