In the process of launching a new project, it is inevitable to encounter various difficulties that need to be overcome. Only when the team calms down and cooperates fully can it stand the test of time. The belief "people-oriented and quality-crafted with dedication" can always rekindle our passion even in moments of frustration.

The experience of the elevator team in the trial-run for customer W fully demonstrates the execution capability and perseverance of the SynMatic staff in overcoming challenges. When I saw the message "Trial-run for customer W succeeds" sent by the leader in the passenger elevator trial-run group, I was overwhelmed with excitement. Recalling the bits and pieces of this project, I felt a surge of emotions.

Since its establishment, the Elevator Department has successively developed products such as door operators, low-voltage villa elevators, and escalators, but no achievements in the passenger elevator segment. However, passenger elevators account for the largest shipment volume in the elevator industry. Through continuous market expansion, our company obtained the opportunity to cooperate with customer W. Facing the tight project deadline—the trial-run on November 15, 2022—the Elevator Department had already made proactive preparations and took the lead in launching the development of the passenger elevator functional platform software. Nevertheless, we were confronted with unprecedented challenges due to concurrent projects, tight schedules, and delayed PCB delivery caused by the new system switchover. With only over half a month left, the R&D team resolutely gave up the National Day holiday and worked overtime. Finally, they completed the joint software commissioning at 2 a.m. on the eve of the trial-run, ensuring on-time delivery of the trial-run device.

Yet, the challenges were far from over. Issues such as tuning noise and elevator creep reported from the trial-run site became new challenges. The team responded promptly. I went to the site in person to troubleshoot the issues overnight until the issues were alleviated late at night. Subsequently, other colleagues took over the task and worked continuously until early morning, successfully commissioning the high-speed operation function. Through careful hoistway wire sorting, integrated adjustment of car top door operator, optimization of hall and car calls, and improvement of riding comfort, the five-day on-site trial-run task was successfully completed.

During the trial-run, our leader deepened customer engagement and the marketing colleagues maintained high spirits, providing strong support for the smooth progress of the project. The elevator R&D team tackled difficulties with strength, attitude, and action, ultimately reaping the fruits of successful trial-run.
