The AST500 series integrated stranding machine controller is an intelligent device that integrates the functions of motor, overtwisting machine, take-up system, and traversing AC drive. It deeply integrates an 11 kW synchronous or asynchronous motor, a 1.5 kW servo motor overtwisting machine, a 1.5 kW asynchronous motor take-up system, and a 200 W stepper motor traversing module. Among them, the motor, overtwisting machine, and take-up system share a common bus to achieve high efficiency and energy saving. This product is equipped with a PLC card and a remote I/O card to flexibly meet complex process logic requirements and ensure precise control of the production process. The specially designed LLC power board provides stable 48 V power supply for the traversing system, taking power directly from the motor bus. This simplifies wiring and enhances system stability. With high integration and intelligent control, the AST500 series helps the stranding industry step into a new stage of high efficiency, precision, and automation.
